A Chamberí flat for a long stay
Sample entry: residential, quiet, better value, and twenty minutes' walk from everything you came for.
A demonstration entry for the decision people make on their second visit, or when they move here. Chamberí is a proper residential neighbourhood — bakeries, a market, people walking dogs — rather than a destination, and it costs noticeably less than Malasaña for more space.
The trade-off is that nothing happens on your street. Whether that is restful or dull is personal, and it is the thing a stay recommendation should actually say out loud.
